We offer a hybrid membership for our clients called Just Train coaching; it is a monthly membership that gets our clients from a point of feeling like they have no idea where to start to a level of confidence and consistency that creates a lifelong habit of exercise.
We also offer yoga and strength classes for those who want a bit more community in their workouts.
We always have time for our seniors and newcomers to come and chat. We listen. Many of our clients or potential clients suffer from anxiety surrounding the fitness world; we offer a safe place and a proven method for them to achieve a level of comfort that removes that obstacle from their journey.
