We offer a hybrid membership for our clients called Just Train coaching; it is a monthly membership that gets our clients from a point of feeling like they have no idea what to do to a level of confidence and consistency that creates a lifelong habit of exercise.
We also offer yoga and fitness classes for those who want a bit more community and fun in their workouts.
