Meet Julie; Co-Owner. Graduated from Dalhousie University in Halifax with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and now is a registered Kin with Canadian Kinesiology Alliance. She has a passion for working with seniors and anyone brand new (or new-again) to fitness. She loves pickleball, snow shoeing and mountain biking and spends any time she is not at the gym with her 3 kids, husband and animals.
Meet Kevin; Co-Owner. Full time Controller at Acadia Toyota by day and volunteer Firefighter with Riverview Fire Dept by night/ weekend. He was born in small town Alberta but loves being part of the Maritimes and especially the Riverview community. Family man extraordinaire to his 3 fantastic kids. Mountain biker, hockey player/coach; recreation and sport have always been a big part of Kevin's life.
Meet Chelsea; Business Brand Builder at Just Fit Fitness and Just Move Health Studio. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from St Thomas University, has 3 separate Yoga teacher trainings and is now a certified personal trainer as well. When not at the gym she can be found on her stand-up paddle board or spending time with her boys and husband; Ian.

Chelsea started out as a yoga instructor here for us prior to our studio opening. She currently leads our Wednesday and Friday lunch hour classes. We are so happy she stayed with us and now works on the gym side in our business office as well as personal training clients. Her classes are sought after and will often have a specific focus for that day.
Shannon is an very highly skilled and trained yoga instructor. She currently leads our Gentle Yoga classes on Tuesday and Friday mornings. You may need to register early as her classes fill quickly.
Charlotte is an excellent Yoga instructor we are proud to have in our studio. She currently teaches our Sunday Yin class. She is incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. Charlotte also teaches at the High School in town and is beloved by her students there as well.
Sarahs classes are never dull! Sarah brings the best energy to each and every one of her classes and her clients always leave sweaty and smiling. She teaches a few of our fitness/ cardio based classes as well as a Yin on Thursday evenings and our Sunday evening Chakra Yoga.
Heather is a lovely instructor we have inside our studio. She is sweet and positive with a contagious smile but dont be fooled; you will work hard in her classes! She currently teaches our Tuesday evening power flow class. She is also works for the Town of Riverview as Aquatic Programmer.
Julie has a special passion for older adults including those who live with Parkinsons Disease and in keeping them moving and laughing as the disease progresses. In addition to keeping both the gym and studio operations running smoothly, she leads fitness classes for that particular population; working on their strength , balance and mobility as they age.
Tammy has been teaching our strength classes her for 4 years! She brings a fun element to each and every class she leads. She currently leads our Monday evening Just Strength class and has most recently started with some personal training with clients in the gym.
