We have just started offering a new class called Fighter; Boxing4Health. It is a functional strength and boxing class inside the Just Move Studio geared to help those living with Parkinson's Disease to Fight back!
A gym where you feel welcome to walk in at any age or stage of fitness. With our support you can get to a place where you feel healthier, stronger and more confident walking out.
At Just Fit We will support you along that journey to exercise by first welcoming you at whatever your starting point may be and then answering questions along the road. Whether it is personal training or classes inside the Just Move Studio we want to help you find your motivation, build your confidence and achieve your health and fitness goals.
We understand that a perfect, fit and muscular body can seem unattainable, a long way off and that chances are it is not even your goal. We know that at the end of the day family and health always come first and you just want to live as long as you can in as healthy a way possible so that you can spend quality time with those you love. The hours spent outside of the gym are the ones that matter to you so we will help make the hours inside the gym count. Personal training is available here.

Quick demo on how to use the Leg Extension machine. This one can be intimidating at first, there are a lot of adjustments to get it just right. As you use only quads start with a lighter weight at first.
Quick demo on how to use the Bicep Curl machine. Remember to get seat set high enough that you can comfortably rest arms on rest; then stand to pick up handles; Work only in a range that works for your body.
Quick demo on how to use the Lat Pull machine. Adjust knee pad to rest gently on tops of legs. Reach up to grip handles. Pull down in front of head towards chest. Work only in a range that works for your body.
