A really important part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle is staying Hydrated!

Water is essential for staying hydrated and is a key component to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Staying hydrated is one of the best things you can do for your overall health. It can help support your physical performance, aid in weight loss, and keep your body and mind functioning properly.

Water can even help you eat healthier! How? Water may help fill you, helping you to eat less or stop eating when you feel full. When you choose to drink a glass of water, you are not drinking another beverage with potentially empty calories and additional sugar.

How much water should we be drinking? This can vary from person to person, however a general rule is: men need about 10 cups a day, and women need 8 cups.
