The Secret to Actually showing up? Pick a goal you can count.
Let's be honest. "get healthier" is a great intention and a terrible motivator. It's vague, endless and it gives you zero reason to get off the couch on a rainy tuesday.

Not "get stronger". Try "add 10lbs to my squat by October. Not "move more". Try "7,000 steps a day for 30 days straight". A number turnrs "I should go" into "I need to go, I'm so close".
So why bother with a goal if it's going to change anyway? Because:
The goal isn't the point. Its the excuse that gets you in the gym so the real stuff, the strength, the confidence, the habit, can happen.
